Why Trade in Forex....

FOREX trading, for me, will always be the best market for trading. There may be stock market, but the volatility that Forex market offers is different. It's always there. It's always open - 24 hours a day on all business days.

I am not really a professional trader. However, I have tried to explore everything as possible, only for me to know where will I be comfortable with. These are the different options you may try.

--> Stock Trading
--> Options
--> Futures and Indexes / E-minis
--> Forex Trading

For the sake of familiarity, I have tried all of those using IG Markets with their free trial or practice account. Sad to say, their free trial or practice account may somehow be limited only to Australia, and now, only one trial per person. Before, I was able to try to sign up again for free trial every after their 2-week trial period.

First, you must know yourself if you are a trader or if you are an investor. If you are an investor, you will need a bigger capital to be able to buy a 100 or 1000 or more stocks. Also, your money will be in the market for a longer period of time. Therefore, more knowledge in trading is required with this strategy. Also, with Stock Trading, you must know the news and updates on regular basis so that you will be able to know when to buy or sell.

For me, why would you put your money in a place where you cannot use it on everyday living? That's why I am comfortable with Forex trading, and in Intraday trading.

The other one is options. Though, I am not really knowledgeable with options, this is how I understood it. If you got stocks, you got the option to have others got the option to buy or sell that stock.

Options is giving other people the option to buy or sell at a given time. Here, we got time decay. Again, for me, I am not comforable with this strategy knowing that you can trade with Forex on your own, and within a day.

With futures/indexes, this requires a bigger capital. However, we now got this what we call e-minis. Here, you can trade SPX500, DowJones, etc, with a lower amount. This is also volatile. However, being here in Australia and trading with the U.S. Market, waiting for the peak hours of e-minis trading, it's a bit uncomfortable for me to wake up so early in the morning, or wait until the break of dawn.

With FOREX, you can trade 24 hours a day. Though, there are peak hours, you can still trade anytime of the day. Because, the platform of Forex is different with the stock market platform.

So, FOREX Trading is available 24 hours a day, don't you find it so convenient?

If you are going to sleep at night without open positions on the market, isn't is comfortable?

If you got the option to trade without having much knowledge, don't you find it as an opportunity? (Forex Killer)

If you got the option to trade with FREE Account for the sake of familiarity, isn't a great first step?

These are just something to think about...

Others may say that Forex Trading is not for everybody. For, it is for everybody, only if they will give themselves some time to familiarize themselves with FOREX Trading. Forex trading deals with the currency. Currency will always be there anytime of the year. You must only take your first step, and dedicate some time to improve your judgement on when to trade. Everything will improve through experience. You don't need real money to start with. Trade like a game with play money available through trial accounts.

Experience will always be the best teacher. Others may give you all the things necessary, but at the end of the day, it's up to you if you will improve or not. It's something like promoting yourself to a higher position on your own company. All the benefits will be yours if you will set aside some of your time to improve each day.

Forex trading is not for everybody? It is NOT, only for those who doesn't have a dream.
